Your 2026 Montgomery County & Lower Gwynedd Township real estate tax bill is available to download under "Bills and Receipts" and is payable under "Pay My Bill". The deadline to receive a 2% discount is April 30th.

Extra in person office hours are:
4/21 - 4/23 10am - 1pm
4/25 (Saturday) 11am - 1pm
4/28 - 4/30 10am - 1pm
4/29 - 4/30 5pm - 7pm

Click on "Bills and Receipts" to download bills, which will include PAID stamps after they've been processed by the tax collection office.

This office only collects for property real estate taxes. Local Earned Income taxes are sent to Berkheimer.

You'll need the last 8 digits of your parcel number for online payments. E-check fee: $0.50. Credit Card fee: 2%. Fees set by and paid to Vendor, subject to change without notice.

Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for e-checks to transfer from your bank. Save your confirmation e-mail for future reference.
