Please call or email for an appointment if you need to meet in person.

Any unpaid payment on taxes due in 2025 will be turned over to the Montgomery Tax Claim Bureau. The next bill will be mailed by March 1,2026.

Click on "Bills and Receipts" to download bills, which will include PAID stamps after they've been processed by the tax collection office.

This office only collects for property real estate taxes.  Local Earned Income taxes are sent to Berkheimer.

February 2026 - Important Things to Know

Montgomery County and Lower Gwynedd Township real estate tax bill will be mailed at the beginning of March 2026.

Payments: Township & County Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount Deadline 4/30; Face Deadline 6/30)

Payments: School District Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount Deadline 8/31; Face Deadline 10/31)

Pay your Wissahickon school tax bill by clicking the link below. This cannot be used for interim bills or installment plans.

You'll need the last 8 digits of your parcel number for online payments.  E-check fee: $0.50.  Credit Card fee: 2%

Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date.   Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for e-checks to transfer from your bank. Save your confirmation e-mail for future reference.
