Announcements:

Unpaid 2024 real estate taxes will be sent to the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau.  They will issue new bills in February to those who did not pay.

Your 2025 Montgomery County and Lower Gwynedd Township real estate tax bills will be mailed by March 1st.

This office only collects for property real estate taxes.  Local Earned Income taxes are sent to Berkheimer.

January 2025 - Important Things to Know

This office can no longer accept payments on 2024 taxes.

Your 2025 real estate tax bills will be mailed by the following dates:

County/Township - March 1st

School - July 1st

Interim Real Estate Tax Bills are NOT sent to your mortgage companies.

Bills & Receipts: You can download your tax bills by clicking the "Bills & Receipts" tab.  It will have a PAID stamp on it once it has been paid and processed.

Gwynedd Valley Residence: If you remove the P.O. Box number in your address, the city and zip code need to be Ambler, PA 19002.

***USE THE LAST 8 DIGITS of your parcel number (ex. 01234567) to look up your account***

Payments: Township & County Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount Deadline 4/30; Face Deadline 6/30)

Payments: School District Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount Deadline 8/31; Face Deadline 10/31)

Pay your Wissahickon school tax bill by clicking the link below. This cannot be used for interim bills or installment plans.

You'll need the last 8 digits of your parcel number for online payments.  E-check fee: $0.50.  Credit Card fee: 2%

Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date.   Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for e-checks to transfer from your bank. Save your confirmation e-mail for future reference.
