April 2024 - Important Things to Know
Tax Bills: 2024 Montgomery County/Lower Gwynedd Tax Bill will be due in discount on April 30th. If you do not receive it or you lose it, you can download your bills under "Bills & Receipts".
Interim Real Estate Tax Bills are not sent to your mortgage companies.
Bills & Receipts: You can download your tax bills by clicking the "Bills & Receipts" tab. It will have a "PAID" stamp if it's been paid.
Gwynedd Valley Residence: If you remove the P.O. Box number in your address, the city and zip code needs to be Ambler, PA 19002.
Payments: Township & County Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount Deadline 4/30; Face Deadline 6/30)
Pay your Township/County real estate tax bill by clicking the link below. This cannot be used for interim bills.
You'll need the last 8 digits of your parcel number for online payments. E-check fee: $0.50. Credit Card fee: 2%
Online payment is considered timely so long as it is submitted by the deadline and later transfers from your bank without issue, even if the transfer takes place after the due date. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for e-checks to transfer from your bank. Save your confirmation e-mail for future reference.
Payments: School District Real Estate Tax Bill (Discount Deadline 8/31; Face Deadline 10/31)
Pay your Wissahickon school tax bill by clicking the link below. This cannot be used for interim bills or installment plans.
